Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Inventury ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Inventury is an inventory management application for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that lets you track products, calculate costs and margins, convert currencies, record sales and customers, and collaborate with team members. Your data is stored in your own iCloud account via Apple CloudKit.
Apple & Your Account
Inventury does not create accounts or store passwords. The App relies on your Apple ID and iCloud for identification and data storage, governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Sign in with Apple is provided by Apple and never shares your password with us.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Inventury may offer subscriptions and one-time purchases through the App Store. All payments are processed by Apple, subject to the App Store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Prices may change at any time with notice.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Inventury only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to store or transmit malicious content
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inventury and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Because your data lives in your iCloud account, you keep ownership and control of it, and you may export or delete it at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventury shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining backups and accurate records of your business data.
Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
